The Coastal Training Program is a representative of the Coastal Waccamaw Stormwater Education Consortium and advises the Town of Surfside Beach's Stormwater Committee on local water quality education and protection. This Town Council-appointed committee meets on the third Tuesday of every month in the Council Chambers of the Town's municipal building.
