Training Objective: To increase the ability of local decision makers to understand the current wetland regulatory requirements, processes, roles and responsibilities, and recent changes. 

Who should attend: Planning Staff, Planning Boards and Commissioners, Real Estate Professionals, Contractors, Developers, Consultants, and other professionals working in development and land use issues. 

AICP members can earn 1.5 hours of CM credits per session
SCPEAC – 1.5 hours of continuing education credit per session
