The goal of the Coastal Training Program is to provide current science and skill-building opportunities for decision-makers in coastal communities. The CTP increases audience understanding of the environmental, social, economic, and policy consequences of human activities, and facilitates coordination among stakeholders to support evidence-based policies and actions. Programs are tailored to relevant priority issues for South Carolina’s northeast coast. CTP hosts trainings, workshops,  seminars, field demonstrations, and individualized technical assistance for coastal decision-makers.
